Do you accept reservations?

We are a reservation-only restaurant. Please follow the RESY link on our homepage or in the Navigation and make sure to enter your Credit Card information to secure your reservation. If you are having difficulties, please email us.

Will you charge my credit card if I don’t show for my reservation?

Any cancellations after 2pm on the day of your reservation will result in a $25 charge per person in the party. If you need to contact us about your reservation, please use the RESY chat app on their website to message us.

Do you have a time limit on dining?

Due to our intimate dining experience and limited seating, we kindly request that each guest respects their time slots. We have allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes for smaller parties and 2 hours for parties of four and over. Thank you very much for your consideration!

Do you have a phone number?

At this time, we don’t use a phone for our source of communicating for reservations and information. Please email us at lotusnoodlebar@gmail.com or message us on RESY if you need help with a reservation or need information concerning Lotus.

I sent an email. When can I expect a reply?

Please allow 24 hours for us to properly respond to your emails. Our restaurant and office are closed on Sundays, so we will respond to emails the following Monday.

Do you have parking?

Yes we do. We have a designated parking lot for our restaurant.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes, we serve a curated selection of Saké, Japanese Beer, and Wine.

Can we book parties of 6 or more?

Yes, we can. You will need to email us at lotusnoodlebar@gmail.com. Please send in your large-party requests 2-3 days before your requested reservation date. Due to the intimate size and limited seating arrangement, parties larger than 6 will require special accommodation. Please know we are open to private parties and a restaurant buyout.

Will you seat partial parties?

We reserve the right to seat the party only when the entire party is present at the restaurant.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes we do. We have a small, covered area designated for outdoor seating.

Do you have Gluten-Free options on your menu?

Yes we do. Several of our appetizers come Gluten-Free and we are able to make any of our Ramen with Gluten-Free noodles. If you have Celiac disease, we can cook the noodles separate to ensure your heath and safety.

Do you have Vegan options on your menu?

Yes we do. Certain appetizers are Vegan and we are able to make any of our Ramen with Vegan noodles.

Will the menu change?

Yes, the menu will change seasonally and we will continue to add new dishes.
